On 14 February, INA presents Flame of Love, an intimate Valentine's evening unfolding within its open-air courtyard, defined by fire-led cuisine and a lighting transformation from warm amber tones to deep, romantic reds.

Guests are invited to experience the Valentine's Day Sharing Menu, priced at AED 750 per person. The three-course set menu is designed to share, beginning with a selection from the Shellfish and INA Raw Bar, followed by Surf and Turf featuring Westholme Beef Tenderloin and Blue Lobster Tail, and concluding with INA's signature Pastry Trolley Experience. Optional enhancements include caviar and fresh truffle.

Dining begins from 6:30 PM, with live DJ and dance performances from 9:00 PM onwards. The evening is complemented by signature cocktails for him and her, available throughout Valentine's Week from 9 to 15 February
