An Iftar Shaped by Fire & Tradition at INA This Ramadan, INA invites guests to gather for a thoughtfully curated Iftar experience set within its open-air courtyard, where fire-led cooking and seasonal ingredients come together in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The Iftar is offered through two sharing menu options:
AED 275 per person — Two-Course Iftar ExperienceA curated selection of starters and sharing dishes, followed by a choice of one main course, seasonal sides, and INA’s Signature Dessert Trolley.
AED 345 per person — Three-Course Iftar ExperienceAn enhanced sharing experience featuring starters and sharing dishes, a choice of two main courses, seasonal sides, and INA’s Signature Dessert Trolley, allowing guests to enjoy a wider selection of fire-led dishes.
Highlights include Charcoal-Roasted Flatbread, Lentil Soup with smoked spices, Lamb Kofta with smoked yoghurt, Wood-Fired Kebabs, Lamb Tagine, and Duck Leg Biryani.
