MASTERS OF FIRE: FEBRUARY EDITION - 4th & 5th

On 4 and 5 February, INA presents the February edition of Masters of Fire, welcoming Jaime Ortolá, Head Chef of Fireside Hong Kong, for an exclusive two-night collaboration alongside Chef Glen Ballis.

Under Ortolá's direction, Fireside has earned recognition among the World's 101 Best Steak Restaurants, rising to 50th place in 2025, reflecting a deep commitment to fire, flavour, and authenticity.

The collaborative menu brings together Fireside signatures and INA's fire-led philosophy, featuring Wagyu Cecina, Burnt Lobster Roll, Smoked Hamachi, Grilled Oysters with mushroom tea and caviar, Carabinero prawns, and a 60-day dry-aged Simmental Ribeye, complemented by INA's signature dishes and exclusive smoked creations developed for this event.

Beginning from 6:30 PM, the experience unfolds within INA's open-air courtyard, elevated by curated soundscapes and a resident DJ setting the rhythm from 8:00 PM onwards.
