Celebrate the season where flame, flavour, and togetherness come alive. This December, INA invites you to gather around the fire and indulge in a Christmas menu shaped by craft, warmth, and connection.

Savour grilled scallops with chestnut and bacon crumb, roast Silver Hill duck, and charcoal-roasted turkey with blood orange glaze and figs — followed by mulled wine mousse and white forest cake to finish on a sweet, seasonal note.

Each dish reflects the heart of INA: seasonal produce, thoughtful technique, and the joy of sharing moments around the flame.
