The menu highlights a selection of celebratory dishes, including classically served caviar, Tuna & Caviar, Beef Tartare, and Scallop on the Half Shell. The experience continues with main & sharing dishes such as Crab & Mango Salad, Tuna Niçoise, Duck & Beetroot, Westholme Tenderloin Rossini, and Crab Rice, designed to be enjoyed at the centre of the table.
